The Problem Arc
YOUR FLOOR
IS FAILING.
Every facility manager recognizes these. Scroll through the damage — then see exactly what Cure does about it.

Concrete breaks down from the top. Fine powder coats every surface, every shift. Forklifts track it into inventory, OSHA flags it in air quality audits.
We grind 1/16″ into the slab, removing all contamination and laitance. The surface opens to 400+ grit — chemically bonded, not just coated.

Every joint is a grease reservoir. Health inspectors see it immediately. Degreaser doesn't reach the bottom. You're one failed inspection from a closure notice.
We fill every joint, apply a 3/16″ broadcast system. Zero grout lines. The floor drains to your existing drains — one unbroken surface from wall to wall.

Oil, hydraulic fluid, battery acid — bare concrete absorbs every spill permanently. The stains are documented liability. Slip resistance drops with each soaking.
Our 100% solids epoxy is impermeable to petroleum, caustics, and acids up to pH 2. Spills sit on the surface. One squeegee cleans it.

Control joints widen. Edges chip under forklift wheels. The crack network expands with every freeze-thaw cycle. You're patching the same spots every 6 months.
We route and fill every crack with semi-rigid polyurea. The final system carries a 15-year written warranty against delamination and topcoat failure.

The Process
FRIDAY
TO MONDAY.
Every project follows the same discipline. No surprises, no slipping schedules, no Monday excuses.
Free Floor Assessment
A Cure technician visits your facility. We test hardness, moisture vapor emission, and contamination depth. You get a written scope and firm price — no hourly surprises.
Surface Preparation
Diamond grinders open the slab profile. Shot blasters remove surface contamination. Every crack is routed and filled with semi-rigid polyurea. The floor is mechanically profiled to ICRI CSP 3.
Epoxy Application
100% solids epoxy primer penetrates the open substrate. Broadcast aggregate (if specified) is seeded at full rejection. The system builds 30–40 mils total. UV-stable topcoat goes on last.
Cure & Final Inspection
The system reaches 90% hardness at 24 hours. We return Sunday afternoon for adhesion pull tests and final inspection. Any touch-up is completed before we leave.
Full Operations Resume
Forklifts, foot traffic, chemical exposure — your floor is ready. You receive your 15-year warranty certificate, care guide, and direct line to your project manager.
